Pro Neutralizer Blend is a specialized blend of Calcium Carbonate and Magnesium oxide. It is used in the pH control of Acidic water. It is designed for use in potable water, and back washing is necessary when using. Using Pro Neutralizer Blend will reduce the potential leaching of copper, lead and other metals found in typical plumbing systems. Periodic backwashing will prevent packing and maintain service rates. Depending on pH, water chemistry and service flow, the bed will have to be periodically replenished as the Pro Neutralizer Blend is depleted.
