Poly Guard is used to solve specific water quality problems from iron, manganese, calcium in ground water supplies and also to maintain water quality in the water distribution system by inhibiting corrosion, scale, and reduce lead and copper levels. Poly Guard formula has the unique ability to form a thin coating on the inside of pipes and other metallic surfaces to prevent corrosion and reduces the leaching of copper and lead into drinking water. Poly Guard will dissolve existing hardness scale and iron deposits from pipes and water systems.
